I received my Bachelors Degree in Anthropology from the University of New Hampshire in 2001 and my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University New England in 2007. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been licensed in the state of Massachusetts since 2009.

I have been working in Community Mental Health since 2006. Through my work there, I have worked with children, teens, adults, and run many groups. I have received specialized training in various modalities including DBT, EMDR, ACT, and ERP.
I have been a supervisor since 2013 and a Program Director from 2018-2023. I opened my private practice in 2023.

I grew up in Connecticut and went to college in NH. I have lived in Western MA since 2003. I have a home in Franklin county with my husband, young daughter, dog, cat, and some chickens. I enjoy reading, gardening, board games, swimming, being outside in the woods, and cooking/preserving food. My pronouns are she/her.
