Trainings

I will be doing trainings this fall through Antioch University's Continuing Education on Exposure and Response Prevention and Hoarding Disorder.  Click here to sign up for updates from Antioch as they become available.  

I love to teach and train others about the topics that I am passionate about.  I can provide anywhere from a 1 hour to a 2 day training on topics related to obsessive compulsive disorder, hoarding disorder, and exposure and response prevention.

• Overview of OCD and Hoarding Disorder
• Modified DBT interventions for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Using DBT skills to manage burn out and increase self care
