Good supervision is essential in the work we do as clinicians. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where we can explore the work, see where you may be feeling stuck, explore what is coming up for you, and also celebrate your growth and success. My supervision integrates the eclectic background I come from and current areas of expertise I have. These modalities include CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, Positive Psychology, IFS, EMDR, and psychodrama.
I have been doing clinical supervision since 2013. I have supervised undergraduate psychology students, graduate clinical interns, unlicensed clinicians, and licensed clinicians. I have run clinical consultation groups on OCD, Hoarding Disorder, working with clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities, attending to the therapeutic alliance, as well as a general consultation group for all kinds of clients and cases.
I am available to provide short or long term supervision in person in my Amherst office or virtually. Please reach out if you are interested in exploring this further with me.
I am available to provide one time or ongoing consultation on the following topics:
